Acceptance of Terms

  1. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the EB Record app ("App"), which is developed and provided by Indese ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

  2. Appropriate Use The EB Record app is designed solely for time tracking during working hours. You must not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. By using the App, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  3. Account Registration To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  5. Location and GPS Data To accurately track your working hours, the App may access your device's location and GPS data during its usage. This information is used solely for time tracking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  6. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights related to the App, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, patents, and trade secrets, belong to Indese or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our explicit written permission.

  7. Disclaimer of Warranty The App is provided on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Indese disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

  8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indese and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in any way related to the use of the App or the inability to use it.

  9. Changes to Terms and App We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms by posting a notice within the App or via email.

  10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
